So I took a picture of the poster for this film because if you guys haven't seen it, I just wanted to point out the how well received this film has been. It's been very well received. And not by some Heat or Zoo film reviewer. Not to disparage Heat or Zoo film reviewers.
And not necessarily disparaging a decent effort from Hansen-Love either. Perhaps it's because I wasn't part of the drug-fuelled, bright light, smoke-filled club scene of the nineties. It was nostalgic, but a nostalgia that I can't partake in. I wasn't lost in the hazy daze of the party life. But it was interesting and informative in it's own right.
Even though the main character Paul is unbearable at times and the only main female character, Louise, seems like an afterthought most times, I thought Eden was good. But just good.
